Undercut Check

The Undercut Check allows you to identify all the elements in the displayed part that may lead to a die-lock condition. The stamping direction is assumed to be along the global z-axis.

Using the Autotipping function may result in partial or full elimination of the undercuts.

1.Ensure you are in the Radioss OneStep interface, File > Solver Interface > Altair HyperForm > Radioss OneStep.

2.  In the OneStep browser, right-click to open the context menu and select Undercut Check.

The check is automatically run.
