Node output to the time history file is in the local coordinate system (fixed or moving). If not specified, the output is in the global system.
ID Node identifier.

(Integer)
CID Local coordinate system identifier used for output.

The node output is in a fixed coordinate system.

The node output is in a moving coordinate system defined by nodes.
