hwI3DViewCtrl CenterView

This command allows you to move the selected point to the center of the graphics area. When the command is first executed, it waits for the cursor to move into the graphics area. The left mouse button can then be pressed to select a point to move to the center, and the right mouse button can be used to cancel the operation
