Operation: the co-simulation scripts
Operation
The principal functioning characteristics are the following:
- Flux works in parallel with another software
 -

Data are exchanged via file (extension DEX: Data EXchange)
 - The synchronization is carried out manually or via a command file

Co-simulation scripts
The co-simulation scripts are different with each physical phenomenon studied as shown in the tables below.
- Script 1: if physical phenomena are considered independent
- Advantage: reduced computation time
 - Disadvantage: the thermal variations of the electric and magnetic properties of the materials cannot be taken into account
 - Example of use: definition of the initial parameters (voltages, powers, currents, initial time step, frequency), before launching a 2 nd script characterized by an extensive computation time.

- Script 2: if physical phenomena are interdependent
- Advantage: thermal variations of the electric and magnetic properties of the materials can be taken into account
 - Disadvantage: expensive in terms of computation time
 - Utilization: determination …
