ACU-T: 1000 / SL-2000 SimLab UI Introduction
This tutorial introduces you to the workflow for setting up a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis using Altair SimLab. SimLab is a process-oriented multidisciplinary simulation environment where multiple physics, such as CFD, structural, and thermal can be easily set up using highly automated modeling tasks.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to use SimLab for setting up a CFD analysis while exploring different capabilities available within the software for importing a geometric model, generating the mesh, setting up the simulation, launching AcuSolve, and post-processing the results.
To run this simulation, you will need access to a licensed version of SimLab and AcuSolve. Before you begin, download the CAD geometry. You will need an internet connection to watch the video tutorials and download the files.
