ALE Interfaces

Several specific ALE interfaces are available in Radioss. They could be used for Fluid-structure interaction (Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian elements to interact with Lagrangian elements) or Fluid to fluid interaction, which is used to transmit the flow between two ALE surfaces.

	FLUID / FLUID	TYPE12	Fluid to fluid contact	Connects two fluid meshes with free, tied or periodic options. ALE or EULER or LAG/ALE or EULER or LAG
	Slide / Void	TYPE18	Fluid structure interaction	Coupling between a Lagrangian material and an ALE material.
