vidIVideo_handle IsTolerance

Description

This command finds if the tolerance is on. Tolerance is the allotted difference in timing between two videos. If the timing between two videos is greater than the tolerance, the second video (or third, fourth and so on) will not play the frame(s) corresponding with that specific time.

Note: For this function to work, at least two videos must be in the page. If the tolerance is on, true is returned. Otherwise, false is returned.

Errors

Success (a true or false value) or an error message is returned.
