Share Audit Logs with Altair

Share audit logs with Altair for troubleshooting Access Web.

The Portal Administrator (pbsworks) and the user who is assigned the role of Audit Administrator have the privilege to share audit log with Altair.

Audit Administrators can protect sensitive information in the usage data by anonymizing it. They can download and inspect the information before sharing it.

  1. Click .
  2. Select Share with Altair.
    Share with Altair page is displayed.

  3. Click Export Anonymized Usage Information.
    The audit log data is exported as a CSV format.
