Create Event

Create an event consisting of channels and loadcases.

1. In the Project Tree, open the Fatigue SN/EN Time Workbench.
2. On the workbench toolbar, click (Create event).
3. In the window, pick the channel group that will be used to create an event.
4. Create a channel-loadcase map.
   1. Click Add row.
   2. Pick channel and structural loadcase to be mapped from the drop-down list.
   3. Optional: Pick a channel scale and offset.
   4. Optional: Apply event repeats.
   5. Optional: Appy channel gate range.
5. For SN random fatigue subcase:
   1. Select the random dynamic subcase from the drop-down menu.
   2. Select the structural loadcase to define mean stress correction.
      The default is None.
   3. Set the exposure time.
6. Click OK.
   The events appear in the Project Tree.
7. Optional: Right-click on the Events folder and select Export events to CSV to create a .csv file from current fatigue events.
   You can import this .csv to another project to quickly apply the same events.
