Sets the value of a table cell.

Description
This command sets the value of a table cell.
Inputs
- rowindex
- Index of the row where the cell is located.
- columnindex
- Index of the column where the cell is located.
- data
- Cell value in string format.
Example
Set the data of the cell in column C, row 2 to the string “HIC Value”:
set t [hw::GetT]
set activetableHandle [hwi GetActiveClientHandle ch$t]
$activetableHandle SetData 2 3 "HIC Value"
Errors
Success (0) or an error message is returned.
