Change the Remote Desktops Resolution

Change the Remote Desktops resolution.

1. Click the Desktops tab located in the upper left-hand of the page.
   Remote Desktops list is displayed.

2. Choose one of the following options:
   • Double click a remote desktops name.
   • Right click a remote desktops name and click Open.
   • Right click a remote desktops name and click Open Desktops in New Tab.
   A remote desktops of the interactive application is opened.

   In the panel located on the left is a list of active remote desktops and the current remote desktops with the user name. Remote Desktops options are located in the top right-hand corner.

3. Click
   The Remote Desktop Resolution screen is displayed:

   Note: By default, Auto Resolution is set for Remote Desktops.
4. Select Custom Resolution.
   The Custom Resolution value is displayed.

5. Enter the resolution value and click Apply.

   Based on the resolution value, the remote desktops will be displayed.

   Note: The resolution can be changed from the Preference panel also.
