Download Remote Desktops Diagnostics

Download the remote desktops diagnostics (runtime directory) when the remote desktops is running.

The remote desktops diagnostic (runtime directory) information can be downloaded as a zip file if there are any issues with the remote desktops. The contents of the zip file can be analyzed and shared for further investigation. Only the owner of the remote desktops can download the runtime directory. This option is displayed when the remote desktops is in inline view.

  1. Click the Desktops tab located in the upper left-hand of the page.

  2. Choose one of the following options:
    • Double click a remote desktops name.
    • Right click a remote desktops name and click Open.
    A remote desktops of the interactive application is opened.

    In the panel located on the left is a list of active remote desktops and the current remote desktops with the user name. Remote Desktops options are located in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Click .
    Remote Desktops diagnostic information will be archived and will be downloaded as a zip file. The zip file contains job logs, remote desktops logs, appdef runtime and pbs_spawn files.
