Gets the multiple layers state.

Description
This command, valid only in HyperView - MultiCore profile, returns true if multiple layers is enabled for this result definition, false otherwise. This will be true if the layer is Top/Bottom for this result.
Example
To check if a result definition has multiple layers enabled:
hwi OpenStack
hwi GetSessionHandle sess
sess GetProjectHandle proj
proj GetPageHandle page [proj GetActivePage]
page GetWindowHandle win [page GetActiveWindow]
win GetClientHandle client
client GetResultHandle sdefine 4 scalar
