Sets an unsigned integer as connector detail for a connector specified by ID.

Description
Sets an unsigned integer as connector detail for a connector specified by ID.
Inputs
- ce_id
- ID of the connector to which you wish to attach detail.
- detailName
- Name for a user-defined unsigned integer detail.
- unit_val
- The unsigned integer value for the detail.
- unknownFlag
- Reserved for future use. Must be set to 0.
- force_storage_flag
- The flag indicating whether or not to store a user-defined detail.
- 1 = yes
- 0 = no

To set a user-defined unsigned integer detail "test = 2.0" for connector
